Description
Analyze and develop the crosswalk values from Banner to the Workday codes. Adapt existing interfaces to meet requirements of the new OneWA system, including Banner Finance to the statewide accounting system and reporting to statewide HR database.
Status Summary
The WWU project team is actively engaged in the development of system remediation required to meet the new reporting needs as OFM moves to Workday. WWU has completed all five sprints of phase 1A testing. OneWA has not provided a new "go live" date for state-wide implementation, currently we know it will be sometime between June 2026 - January 2027.

Fiscal year 2026 & 2027 remediation funding request has been submitted, and we are waiting to hear back on approval.
