Student Belonging Software Initiative

The purpose of this project is to identify, assess, and implement a software platform that better supports student engagement, organizational management, and campus-wide communication and becomes the university standard. This project aims to enhance student campus engagement and organizational effectiveness through streamlined integration with campus systems and social media, improved student participation in campus events, all while ensuring a seamless transition, stakeholder involvement, and future-ready solution. By leveraging stakeholder input, best practices, and current technology, we aim to foster a stronger sense of belonging and streamline management for clubs, organizations, and student government.  The project will proceed through a structured discovery phase, followed by a recommendation paper.  Once approved, the project will select and implement a new solution.
