Description

Currently Enterprise Application Services (EAS) receives support tickets via multiple channels which is ineffective in tracking support issues, and time consuming in updating tickets in different media/channels.  The primary goal of this project is to standardize input of support tickets coming to EAS and move away from duplicative efforts by re-documenting them from the e-sign form into ClickUp and have that information live in the Jira Service Management Tool instead. 

Status Summary

The project team moved the Change to e-sign forms, Programming Request, Table Change, Security Group Finder, New e-sign Form request and the Lock/Unlock request e-sign forms to Jira.
