Phase II of Banner 9 (B9) project is Banner Self-Service (SS). The SS modules are General, Employee, Faculty, Finance, Registration, and Student. B9 SS replaces Web4U. General is already live; the go-live for Employee Self-Service is targeted for 2022.

Banner Employee Self-service allows employees to view their personal information, employment dates, job information, pay stubs, leave balances, benefits information, and more. The time entry user interface includes an easy-to-navigate calendar view with enhanced copy features.

  • Ellucian delivered all Employee Self-service in the upgrade installed in April 2022.
