Overview
Phase one of the OnBase content management project is Unity Forms, workflow, and completion of onboarding 5 departments.
OnBase manages enterprise content from the point of inception all the way through the information lifecycle until final archival and destruction. Departments are choosing OnBase to go paperless. With OnBase they gain capabilities that far exceed standard enterprise content management functionality.

Status Summary
The initial implementation of OnBase was mostly completed in August 2022. There are some exceptions that will be moved to Phase 2 along with the implementation of Unity Forms and workflows.
Technical resources are reviewing the scope of any work that needs to be done as a Phase 2.
