About OnBase
Hyland OnBase serves as Western's comprehensive enterprise Content Management System – a platform that provides users a way to efficiently store, search, and manage their documents and document-centric processes. Enterprise Application Services (EAS) provides technical management of the OnBase system and is able to assist with all-things OnBase including onboarding, process setup and integration, to troubleshooting and user security.
Access OnBase
The OnBase web client is available on myWestern under Administrative Tools.
The OnBase Unity Client (Windows desktop application) is available to install via the Company Portal.

How Do I Request Access to Department Documents in OnBase?
Each department using OnBase has the authority to provide or revoke access to their documents. Please contact the department directly for information on how to request access to their OnBase documents.
