Description

Procure and implement a supplier/vendor onboarding and management system.   The new system will provide for the ability to store sensitive documents in a secure location on the vendor site. All submitted documents will be stored on an appropriate retention schedule.

In the procurement process, the business unit determined that it was feasible to also purchase the contract and source module as part of the Jaggaer One platform.  The project will move forward with the name Jaggaer Implementation and have a phased approach.  We'll begin the project with Supplier Management and then move into Contract Management.

Status Summary

Jaggaer partners with Groves and Co. to implement their product.  The project core team has been working with Groves and Co. and is progressing toward go-live.   Technical teams continue to meet and work through integration with Banner.

The configuration has been moved to production.  The technical team is testing end to end functionality.
