Description
The project will review any existing documentation and guidance that speaks to event management and scheduling, identify gaps for what is needed to fully support the several types of events and event stakeholders and create a centralized repository for that guidance. Identifying emerging risks with events and activities will inform this guidance to protect the university and its community members at large.
Status Summary
Following meetings with procurement, contracts, and risk, the project team is now reviewing other Higher Ed's events websites and brushing up our statement of work for web development for the online, centralized repository.
