Description
This is a project to procure and implement a case management solution to serve the unique needs of the Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance office workflows.
The platform will allow for CRTC to complete its work more efficiently, saving considerable staff time and reducing errors in record-keeping, while also ensuring that they are able to track and report on cases in a manner consistent with existing state and federal requirements, while also being adaptable to potential future regulatory requirements. This project will add the ability for civil rights case participants (Complainants and Respondents) to access a status update for their specific case in an on-demand basis, which our current processes and systems do not allow for. The solution includes the ability to tightly control what information the participants have access to.
