Description
Phase Two of the Banner 9 Project is Banner Self-Service (B9 SS) modules for Employee, Finance, and Student. Banner 9 Self-Service is a modernized dashboard with an intuitive design for improved navigation. B9 SS is designed for the mobile user experience and has a responsive design. B9 Self-Service replaces B8 Self-Service.
Student Module
The Student Module includes Registration, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Faculty.
The Advising Student Profile consolidates a student's profile, education, and career path on a single page. And it's newly accessible to advisors and students, allowing for truly personalized advice that helps students make better academic decision.
Employee Module
The Employee Module includes a streamlined easy to easy-to-understand dashboard view of available leave, easy access to benefits information, and access to timesheet entry and approval.
Finance Module
The Finance Module includes access to Journal Voucher Entry and Approval.
Status Summary
All modules have been configured and released for functional testing.
The Web4U landing page is in production and includes useability and digital accessibility enhancements.
The Student Module is live in production. The Employee timesheet entry and approval is live in production.
The project team will begin focusing on the Finance Module and prepare for Go-Live.

The General landing page (Web4U) has completed useability and digital accessibility enhancements and is live in production.
Student Module
The Student module is functional as configured.
Employee Module
There are additional features that are available in Banner 9. The core team is preparing to go live in Fall of 2024 with additional Employee features.
Finance Module
The Finance module is under review.
